Posting my progress

I will be honest and say that I do not know what I weigh right now. I have been going to the gym everyday one day weights, next day cardio for at least 30 minutes. I have been cutting back, and as of tomorrow I am going on a Daniel fast, no meat, no processed foods, sweets or dairy. Lots of beans and rice for the next 21 days. I will weigh myself after the fast. I will post an updated photo today if I can, then after the 21 day fast. My life is busy, last night I was at the gym at 9:45 PM because I could not go during the day, but I went so it counts.

This week

I don't post often but I am working out every day. I am doing it one day at a time. I will probably post a new picture although my weight has not gone down much. I am still learning new behaviors and doing this like brushing my teeth or combing my hair, even if my teeth needs braces or my hair needs a new style. I look at myself and I think, okay, not really what I want to see, but I am still doing it. It is especially hard to hit the gym with all the young teens that work out around me. I get a little introspective at that time, but I am still working out.

Im Back

I was doing well and writing almost every day, then life got in the way. Busy with the holiday and family came to visit. Not such a good time since school just got started. We got threw it and now I am back. I have been to the gym every day since Monday! Two days and I am looking forward to the season premiere of Biggest Loser, maybe this time I will lose weight along with the show.

Today

Well, it has been difficult to try to stay on track. With two small girls they keep me busy and also have their set of complaints. One is having nightmares, the other is going through an extremely whinining stage. I just want to lose weight. I feel like saying could you hold that complaint and that nightmare for two months while I work on my program. Anyway, went to the gym yesterday at 9:30pm. Not my usual time but I was determine to get it in. I went today at my usual time. Not off to wash the dishes, do laudry vaccuum and whatever else. I wonder how everyone else does it:).
