Today
Well, it has been difficult to try to stay on track. With two small girls they keep me busy and also have their set of complaints. One is having nightmares, the other is going through an extremely whinining stage. I just want to lose weight. I feel like saying could you hold that complaint and that nightmare for two months while I work on my program. Anyway, went to the gym yesterday at 9:30pm. Not my usual time but I was determine to get it in. I went today at my usual time. Not off to wash the dishes, do laudry vaccuum and whatever else. I wonder how everyone else does it:).
