Posting a picture although not my best
A little about my journey into weight loss and finding a new life.
I am increasing my cardio and walking every day. It is a routine I hope to keep up although not easy. I walk at the park and that certainly helps with boredom. I really don't want to expect too much too soon because I always get bummed out and quit. I am eating more fruits and veggies and I need to go somewhat vegetarian I see because it increases my energy. I plan to eat fish almost every day, I think I am getting hooked on it. Taking it one step at a time!
Since I have been working out every day I feel like I look the same although I am getting pretty strong with the free weights. I started a walk run regime, I decided to do this everyday instead of every other day. I feel stronger. I am missing coffee but boy are my teeth white! Ha! Ha! Looking for a good day to post a picture.
I have not weighed yet but I do feel a little different. People tell me I am smaller but I will not let the scale determine if I am doing the right thing. Right now off of sugar and coffee. I can tell you it is hard, harder than I thought it would be, this is day 5 and I am still wanting my morning cup of coffee. Drinking Postum instead. Went and worked out the other day, today is my cardio day and I plan to work out. Keeping it up! Hard Work!
